Terracina & Lupo's Grocery Store at Grolee & Lombard in Opelousas, LA dispensed groceries for over 62 years.

The building and grounds are presently being restored and will soon be available (early 2004) for retail sales with shops ranging from 100 square to 600 square feet.

This historic location will offer off street parking, new heating & air, landscaping and the ambience and charm of attracting the general public for a positive retail experience.
